Samples

Read the guide, try the form, tick the list.

Three documents written as if for a small web studio. They show the formats Avontri works in, so you can judge the structure, the wording and the layout before you ask for a quote.

Illustrative samples — created to show possible formats, not client work.

01

Welcome

Thank you for choosing us for your new website. This guide explains how the project starts, what we need from you and who to ask when something is unclear.

How to use this guide

Read it once before the first meeting, then keep it to hand. Each section ends with what to do next.

What happens first

  • We confirm the agreed scope in writing.
  • You complete the intake questionnaire.
  • You send the files on the resource checklist.

02

What to prepare

Gather these before the project begins. If something is not ready yet, tell us rather than waiting.

  • Logo files, in vector form if you have them
  • Brand colours and fonts
  • Text for each page, or notes we can work from
  • Photographs you own or have licensed
  • Links you want the site to point to

Please never send passwords by email. We agree a safe way to share access when it is needed.

Next steps

Four things move the project from agreed to under way.

  1. Return the intake questionnaire.
  2. Send the files on the resource checklist.
  3. Agree the date of the first review.
  4. We confirm the plan in writing.

Questions at any point? Write to your project lead.
