Process

From the way you work now to a finished pack.

Four stages. Nothing starts until the scope, deliverables and schedule are agreed in writing.

  1. Step 1 You share

    Share your current process

Tell us what your service involves and what you need from a new client.

Send a short outline: the service you provide, how a new client project begins today, and what you find yourself explaining or chasing each time.

Existing documents help, but they are not required. Notes about your service, the information you need and the steps your clients should follow are enough to start from.

  2. Step 2 We agree it together

    Agree the deliverables

We define the documents, any form setup, the file formats and the project scope.

Together we settle which documents you need, whether an online form is part of the work and which tool it would live in, the file formats you receive and the scope of the content work.

Where form setup is involved, we check what your tool can be configured to do before it goes into the proposal. Everything agreed is set out in a written proposal, with the price, the revision allowance, the schedule and the payment terms.

  3. Step 3 We prepare, you review

    Prepare and review

We organise your content, design the materials and review them with you against the agreed brief.

We organise your content into a clear structure, edit it within the agreed scope and design the documents around your brand.

You review the drafts against the agreed brief. Changes are made within the revision allowance set out in the proposal, so both sides know what a round of review covers.

  4. Step 4 You receive

    Receive your materials

Receive the agreed digital files and a handover for any form setup included in the project.

The agreed files are delivered electronically: PDF documents and the agreed editable source files.

Where a form setup is part of the project, it is handed over in your own tool, with a short note on how it is set up and where its answers go.

What we ask you for, and what we never ask for

What we ask you for

  • A description of your service What you provide and how a client project currently begins.
  • Your logo and brand elements Where you have them: files, colours, fonts.
  • The instructions you already send Emails, documents or notes you give new clients today.
  • A list of the information you need What you ask every new client for, however it is asked now.
  • Approved links and contact details The links and contacts the documents should carry.

What we never ask for through this website

  • Passwords or login details
  • Payment or card details
  • Identity documents
  • Personal details of your own clients

If a form setup needs access to your tool, how that access is given is agreed with you first, and it stays under your control.

Reviewed against the agreed brief

Each draft is checked against what was agreed in the proposal: the documents, their contents and the form setup, if there is one. That keeps review about whether the materials do their job, and keeps changes within the revision allowance you agreed.

A digital handover

  • PDF documents, ready to send to clients
  • The agreed editable source files
  • Any form setup, handed over in your own tool
  • Nothing is sent by post

The details are on the Delivery & Refunds page.
